Ｑ：For those guests coming by car
We apologize for the inconvenience but regrettably, our hotel does not have its own carpark. We will inform you where nearby coin-operated car parking facilities are located so please contact us for details.

Ｑ：Is it possible to store luggage at the hotel prior to check-in?
The front desk will store your luggage. Although check-in is from 15:00 onwards, we are more than happy to store your luggage at any time. It is also possible to store luggage after check-out so please feel free to request this service.
Ｑ：Is it possible to extend the check-out time?
This is dependent on the extension time requested and room availability. If rooms are unoccupied, we can offer you an extension of 1,000 yen per every additional hour.
Ｑ：Does the hotel have a curfew time?
There is no particular curfew time. The hotel is staffed around the clock so it is possible to enter the hotel at any time. However, if you expect to arrive after 23:00, please contact the hotel in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Ｑ：Is it possible to use personal computers in the hotel?
Yes, this is possible. Wireless LAN can be used free of charge throughout the building and in all guestrooms.
Ｑ：Smoking and non-smoking regulations
All of the 8 guestrooms and public areas within the hotel are designated non-smoking areas.
It is possible to smoke in the second floor restaurant. (Smoking is prohibited in the restaurant between 11:00 and 13:30)
Ｑ：When do cancellation charges apply?
Our cancellation policy becomes effective three days prior to your stay.
Without notification -100% of room charge
Date of scheduled check-in -80% of room charge
Day prior to scheduled check-in -50% of room charge
Three days prior to scheduled check-in -20% of room charge
Ｑ：Is it possible to send luggage addressed care of the hotel?
We are willing to accept items sent by express delivery (Takkyubin) prior to your check-in date.
In the case of sending items, please enter your name on the Takkyubin invoice form and dispatch the item care of the hotel address below. We are unable to take delivery of items which do not have the guest’s name clearly entered on the delivery invoice. Please take care with recording these details correctly.
Ｑ：Is it possible to leave luggage with the hotel?
Regardless of the time of day, the front reception desk will store your luggage.
This is possible even in the early hours of the morning so please come to the front desk whenever it suits you. In addition, we are also happy to store your luggage after check-out so please feel free to discuss with the front desk clerk upon your departure if you require this service.
